This Saturday at 9:00 am at the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center in Rapid City South Dakota will be the 159th commencement of the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. Come and celebrate with your friends among the 200+ students receiving Bachelor’s Master’s and Doctorate degrees.

Dinosaur Extravaganza: Take 2

The Dinosaur Extravaganza was postponed due to the blizzard. This Sunday we’ll be taking another shot. I hope to see everyone there!

Groundbreaking!

The groundbreaking ceremony for the new Paleontology lab building will be Tuesday, April 7th at 1:30 pm. The new building site is behind O’Harra and the old gym, next to the King Center. Come and witness this historic event!

Snow Bad.

The weather has forced more than its fair share of cancellations this past week. First the club meeting on Monday, and then the Dinosaur Extravaganza at the Museum on Saturday.

Both events are being rescheduled. The Meeting will be Monday the 6th of April at 4:00, and the Dino Extravaganza will be moved to Sunday, April 19th.
